What is Rejoining?
If you have once been a member of RSF and you decided to come back to RSF after you had left our clan you are in fact "rejoining" RSF.
You don't automatically have to start from scratch as a rejoiner in RSF. Depending on the time since you left RSF, your new rank and the already earned awards will be adapted as described below.

You keep your rank.
You keep your awards.
Rejoining within 4th and 6th month
Your rank will be demoted by one (minimum rank for Lt. Commander or higher will be Ensign).
You keep your awards.
Rejoining within 7th months and 1 year
Your rank will be halfed ... 0.5 will be rounded down (minimum rank for Lt. Commander or higher will be Ensign)
You keep your awards.
Rejoining after 1 year
You will start as Recruit if you were Lieutenant or lower and as Ensign if you were Lt. Commander or higher.
Your Membership Awards will be deleted.

2 events per month!
1 event has to last for 9 days!
1 event may be skipped by request of DD to HC due to explicit reasons (such as recruiting badly needed) - UL's have to agree on it and support the reason.
If 1 event is skipped there HAVE to be 2 events in the following month!
as of now a normal event is a period of 9 days, but other types can be invented as events where you can pin and gain awards. those events guarantee a comparable amount of games played to the 9-days-events. games can't be reported twice in case those events run at the same time. requests for new event-styles from DD to HC.
In case of new game-types there always has to be at least 1 9-day-event per month!
Within a season an event may overlap at most 33% of the time the event runs. (That means a 9-day event may just overlap 3 days into the next month in case this month is still in the same season.)
This rule isn't valid for the month of December! Here it is up the the divisions to decide if and which events are played.

Acitve Member Status:
As RSF member you need to be active in games and also on the boards. That means that you need to show up at least every 2 months in a Sitrep of a RSF supported game to count as a active RSF member. Not showing up will lead to removal from RSF (after hearing the member and reconsideration by HC).
For games of Level 0,1,2,3,4 you just need to play this game online with other members to "count as active" and staying in RSF
( division requirements can be set harder by Division Command ) If you get resigned due to inactivity (not showing up in reports) you can rejoin at any time you like to when you got more time to play again. |
